HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Our exclusive patterns & materials typically take 24-48 hours for Payment Processing. Once your payment has been received & verified, we will immediately ship your items according to Delivery Type.
Shoe Lasts typically take 1-3 weeks for manufacturing and delivery.
**Please Note: Due to the Covid-19 (Corona Virus) pandemic, we have estimated shipping times of 3-5 business days within the United States from the date of purchase.**
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to accurately update.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally. There is a flat shipping fee of $50 that will be applied to your order. Keep in mind that you may experience longer delivery times when items are shipped out of the continental United States.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER?
If you are interested in changing or updating the shipping address of your order please reach out to us at support@sdcustomfootwear.com. You can change your shipping address anytime before the 2nd business day of fulfillment.

HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We do not accept returns or exchanges regarding patterns or materials. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to info@sdcustomfootwear.com within 24 hours with your order number & a detailed picture of the damaged product.
If an item is missing, please reach out to info@sdcustomfootwear with your order number & we'll be happy to assist in providing you with the missing item.
CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?
No, unfortunately we will not be able to issue refunds as this is a customization purchase, unless the product you received is damaged or defective upon receipt. In the event that your item is damaged upon receipt, please return your damaged item to:

WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

No, you are not able to order products that are out of stock. Our exclusive items are only available for a limited time. We may have re-releases for our most popular products, but that is not guaranteed.
