What comes with the class?

No, SD Custom Footwear will provide you with the following:
- Course Curriculum
- Pair of shoes to customize
- Shoe Pattern (of your chosen silhouette)
- Personal shoemaking toolkit
- Exotic leathers of your choice
- Internal construction parts & materials

Students are responsible for travel & lodging. Prior to the class, we do send you recommendations of the best & affordable hotels near the area. This list was created by SDCF Alumni for future students.

Aside from your 1:1 shoe on the last day, we do provide you with the toolkit to take home, as well exclusive access to SDCF Alumni discounts on all shoemaking supplies as well as future classes.

Do I Need Experience?

Absolutely. Our 4-Day class was created for all experience levels. Each day's curriculum, is broken down to explain the necessary materials, tools & steps in order for you to succeed. Our staff then allows you to go 'hands on', while they guide you through each step of the process. There is no previous experience required.

GENERAL FAQ

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Please note: SDCF is not responsible for any additional shipping or receiving fees that occur overseas.

It depends on where you are and your delivery method at checkout. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for your transaction to approve , and afterwards we start fulfillment on your order. Most orders processed in the United States will take 5-7 business days to arrive, after your order has been processed & approved..

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 14-28 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Order Information

Once your order is fulfilled & shipped from our facilities, SDCF is no longer responsible for your package. The mailing courier from which you received tracking information, is now responsible to ensure your package arrives to your destination.

For more information, please contact your mailing courier with your tracking number & a status on your order.

If your package/order was lost in transit (due to the Mailing Courier), we will contact them once we are aware of your situation. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacement orders as SD Custom Footwear is no longer responsible for your items once they are fulfilled.

We will however, contact the Mailing Courier and open a Claim to see what resolutions they offer for your lost items. We will provide you that Claim Number & any outstanding updates the Mailing Courier provides.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will immediately receive an email (to the email you provided at checkout), which will include your Order # and purchase details.

Tracking information will immediately be provided once your order has been fulfilled. Please wait 24-48 hours for this update.

If you are interested in changing or updating your shipping address, please reach out to us at our contact page.

Please note: You are unable to change your shipping address after your order has already been shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any pattern (regular, acrylic, full-size run) unless your order was damaged upon arrival. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us with detailed pictures, as well as your order number.

We will respond within 24-48 hours.

No, unfortunately we will not be able to issue refunds as this is a customization purchase (unless your order was damaged or defective upon receival).

Out Of Stock Items?

No, you are unable to purchase items that are currently out of stock. We update inventory daily & keep up to date records of items that are purchasable on site.
